The Full Story
We are a group of friends in our early twenties. Ever since the four of us started working as teenagers, it was always a struggle. So, we decided to make a change, and started working for ourselves!
Our team is focused and makes their own schedule so that they are always on the top of their game. The dynamics of corporate workplaces are messy and confusing to navigate, with mental health struggles we wanted to come up with a system that worked for all of us. So, “ODD” was our solution. A workplace setting free of toxicity, the permanent ignorance, and general hesitancy to allow others to have a life of their own outside of work. We always felt “ODD” for that too. So, we EMBRACED IT!
“ODD Leatherworks” embraces the outlandish. It invites creativity, ingenuity and imagination, all while staying sustainable for our team.
Hopefully, our crazy idea to embrace the “ODD," while living the life you need in order to feel fulfilled, helps inspire you to embrace the “ODD as well. Live fearless. Live ODD.
Our Mission Statement
“Odd Leatherworks” is focused on delivering high quality, durable, comfortable and unique leather pieces. Every piece is entirely handmade from the inspection and cutting of the hide, to the assembly of each screw on a piece.
We take a lot of pride in our work. All materials are sourced in the USA, and manufactured right here in Mishawaka, IN! It is a priority that we make our products with care and also ensure that they never break once they leave our warehouse.
Whether you’re trying to find a piece for those 16-hour construction days, scaling a building to tag graffiti, or simply need a trustworthy belt to hold your pants up, ODD Leatherworks will deliver!
